What had happened to me? Date 12/12/2021
Generally, the lie should be punishable by law, but if you have two groups of expensive attorneys it will be ignored. Sorrowfully I bought a house in a subdivision and the HOA harassed me many times that they wrote 9 people are living in my house and as my name has 5 words, they used it for three persons with different ages. I am 78 years old and a retired college and high school teacher. Their ages started from 50 another 50 and one 70 and three other people were two brothers who rented the whole house many years ago and at that time I was living in my boarding school in Lake Nona. But it does not a matter if you have 2 groups of attorneys the matter will be ignored. The HOA has continued to harass me and bother me, they came many times in my house and checked the house and they could not find many people are living here, but they did not give up and continue to harass and discriminate me, so I went to the court and claim against me as I have only 800 dollars salary per month as a teacher and cannot hire attorney who wants many thousand of dollars to take the case. So we went to the court and the judge said when I was explaining my situation attorney attorney attorney. That means my words as a teacher has no validation and I must bring attorney there. In the country hat teacher has 10 to 20 dollars per hours and attorney will 250 per hours how can I pay it. But the judge wanted attorney attorney. So, he dismissed the case and final judgement was in the favor of the HOA.
Now the HOA with their two groups of attorneys goes after me and said a lot of other lies. It does not a matter, because they have attorneys and judge will listen to attorney attorney. The judge accepted all their lie as a fact. The I made my house as a boarding and rent my rooms to the people. Legally they said to me that I can have one person in my house to help me, because I am 78 years old, I have arthrosis, diabetes, blood pressure and short breath. But as I thought the HOA does not like roommate, I sent her out.
I have reward that my front yard was very good issued by previous HOA people, but now these new HOA people say that my front yard is not good, I did what ever they asked me to do, but at the end they used their attorneys to sue me. And because they have two professional attorneys again all their untrue have been accepted by the judge as a true one. The HOA made a conference and invited me to take part by telephone too. I took part in the conference and asked them for few flowers, you cannot sue me, I will take them out or even cut the trees which are there for over 20 years, but this time they said different think, they said the neighbors are against you and wrote letters that you use your house as a boarding and claim against us and you. That the value of his house will drop if I rent room. That is a new matter what they are saying, before they have never spoke about the neighbors. I said give a copy of their claims, but they ignored me. In the past whatever they asked I did, because I wanted to cooperate with them and one time, they said put red mulch here, I did next time they said take it out, I did. Here take these flowers and I did and next time why you took them. Then they said take these flowers too. I did and one time they came and said cut the trees, I went to the city of Oviedo and asked if I can cut the healthy trees, they said if the trees are healthy, you cannot cut them. And I thought the matter is solved, because the city wants the trees and the HOA accepted it, but sorrowfully they use again the two groups of attorneys against me and as I said with a lot of untrue sentences they sued me and against sorrowfully the judge accepted all their untrue matters as a true one and the final judgement were against me, so they gathered together and want to get from me over 7000 dollars for the things which is wrong and untrue.
I can prove that the things are not true, and they cannot prove what they are saying. First, I have reward or a plan from the previous HOA people that my front yard was the best and sorrowfully I continue to do it to be very good. I put some concretes block for temporary time the jasmine get form, but HOA asked me to take them off, and I did, but they use it as an excuse again and again, that means even I corrected what they wanted they are after that. And they use it to harass me and discriminate me. I have three cars and they use that for another roommate, they came to me and said you have three cars, so you have three roommates, I said all of the three cars are mine and they have gone, but they misuse again the three cars for three different people like they used my name for 3 person and because they have good attorneys the judge is influenced by the attorneys. One time I went to the boards of directors as they call it and asked why I should cut the healthy trees that the city is against that, they said 9 people are living in your house you must sell your house and go back to your country. I am Iranian American and so they discriminate me because of my original back race. Yours Amir Sahameddin Ghiassi
