    Now that’s what I call a diverse list! M is one of my all time favorites and Tokyo Drifter and Tout va bien are great films. I remember thinking Carnal Knowledge was pretty cool in an “of its era” kind of way. As for Schrader, I think he’s a much better writer than director. Anything else on there I should take a look at?

    I do like Schrader as a writer, but he’s a pretty good director. The other titles are very much worth looking at. I thought Bergman’s Smiles of a Summer Night was quite excellent and the Don Rickles documentary is quite fun to watch. You hardly feel down after watching it.
